(1) The meeting of the council will normally be held once in three months and the chairman may call the meeting more often if he deems it necessary.
(2) The meeting of the council shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Council are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Council shall be considered.
(4) The meeting of the council shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present in the meeting shall preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the Council, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall give the deciding vote.
(6) The matter discussed in the meeting of the council and the decision taken in that regard shall be recorded in the decision book by the secretary and signed by the members present at the meeting.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Council shall be as determined by the Council itself.
